If you and your partner have successfully reached a settlement through informal negotiations, or if you have already completed the mediation process and have a tentative agreement, you can jointly retain me as your neutral drafting attorney.  In this role, my job is to produce a legally binding document that reflects what you and your partner have agreed.  Additionally, if you are seeking an uncontested divorce, I can prepare the court filings needed to finalize your divorce.
